PMI Arrico Realty & Property Management Lakeland is a full-service property management company, specializing in association management, real estate management, leasing and rental services in the Polk County, FL area. Our mission is to provide excellent customer service to our tenants while maximizing financial potential for our owners.

Residential management includes single family homes, condos, town homes, and multi-unit structures. Commercial projects include office buildings, retail centers and industrial space. We are a full service property manager, which means we offer tenant screening and leasing as well as monthly rent collection, property maintenance coordination and financial reporting.

Shannon Cornell Broker/Co-Owner of Lakeland Office

Shannon Cornell has been in the Real Estate Industry with a focus on Property Management since 2001. She first worked on the administration side for over 10 years before getting her real estate license. Once she did get her license, she took off running with it. She took over a portfolio of about 40 properties and within 4 years she built that up over 120 properties. Shannon joined the Arrico Family in 2016. She is Co-Owner and Manager of the Lakeland Office.

Shannon was one of the driving forces to bring a NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) Chapter back to Lakeland. She is a past President of the Greater Lakeland chapter and is part of several committees with both the State and National Chapters of NARPM. Shannon has also been on the Lakeland Realtors Board of Directors since 2013 and is very active on multiple committees as well. Shannon was voted by her peers to be the Realtor of the Year for 2020. She was the President of Lakeland Realtors in 2022. Shannon was also DVP for Florida Realtors for District 10.

Shannon has been married to her husband, Ty since 2003 and they have a daughter, Emily and 2 Beautiful Grandchildren, Julianni and Ezekiel. They currently live in Auburndale and are looking forward to buying more investment properties in the near future.

Paul ArringtonBroker/Owner

Paul Arrington, MPM®, RMP®, Broker/Owner – Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker – Paul Arrington’s Realtor and Mortgage experience began after culminating a successful 20+ year career with the United States Air Force. Prior to starting Arrico Realty and Property Management Paul worked as a Realtor and Mortgage Broker with Keller Williams Realty, Total Home Source, Inc., Florida Mortgage Funding and Premier Mortgage where he closed millions of dollars in real estate transactions.

Paul was the Chairman of Greater Tampa Association of Realtors® (GTAR) Property Management Task Force 2010 -2012 and President of Tampa Bay Chapter of the Nation Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and holds both the Master property Manager (MPM®) and the Residential Management Professional Designation (RMP®) through NARPM as well.

Additional affiliations include: National Association of Realtors®, Florida Association of Realtors®, and Realtor® Ambassador to MacDill AFB, FL, Military Relocation Association, and Multiple Listing Service.
